For INNOVA clients, project management entails several tasks or strategies, dependent on the project scope and phase. The project must be defined, and this may require establishing objectives, tasks, milestones, duration, resources and other factors.

Our project management team's principle objective is to provide a focal point for the communication between our field service team, our internal management, other trades/departments, and the customer. Our team's responsibilities can include network design/concepts, physical installations, testing and certification, performance and operational documentation.

Within INNOVA the role of project management is based on a matrix philosophy. Upon selection of the project team, each member is provided with project objectives and a clear scope of work. A Kick-Off meeting between the project management team and the client establishes communication channels and resources, sets a working schedule for the project, and allows for review of any special project team policies and procedures. During the course of the project, a figurative "triangle" consisting of the Project Manager, the Account Executive, and the Client exists to ensure the project team is communicating with the client effectively and performing efficiently.
