Project and Customer Examples: Unique Customer Solutions designed and implemented by INNOVA Project Teams! INNOVA provides services for literally hundreds of notable clients, from Fortune 500 conglomerates to small independent entrepreneurial companies. Innova has its reputation on the ability to manage large-scale commercial/industrial/retail projects, and rollout projects subject to aggressive completion dates. Global Retailer With a budget of more than $500million, this retailer underwent the largest network conversion in recent retail history. This retailer had extremely aggressive deadlines and significant challenges in meeting quality and specification requirements. The Ethernet solution installed in 2200 stores supported new merchandising, inventory control, POS, and wireless networks. INNOVA project deployment and installation teams completed hardware and wiring installations in nearly 900 stores over a nine-month period. Without the available use of project installation documentation or architectural plans from the customer, INNOVA project consultants designed and wrote the scope of work; and, without store plans, INNOVA field supervisors designed and built each infrastructure to meet the needs of each store. Locations included US Metropolitan and Rural areas, as well as, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska and Guam. E-Services Provider A global and thriving dot.com e-services provider called on INNOVA engineering, project management, and installation teams to assist them with their first international site in Nakita City, Philippines, after a series of successful installations in various major cities nationwide. INNOVA provided communication cabling system consulting, design and installation services. Fortune 500 Client While rolling out a large project that included wiring, network equipment, wireless, network verification and cut-over services for a Fortune 500 client, INNOVA recommended that two qualified team consultants manage the control center operations. The recommendation was made due to the lack of support for field personnel completing installations, to improve network-verification processes, and to build team synergy between INNOVA field QA supervisors and network controller teams, which had limited knowledge of field installation procedures or network cut-overs. INNOVA consultants carefully evaluated all aspects of the existing processes and manpower resources, and developed a plan to increase productivity by 300%. The plan resulted in significant improvement in network installation quality and functionality testing, as well as, an increase in productivity per controller with an average increase from one to four conversions per night. This resulted in a contract for INNOVA to provide management and technical network staff for the deployment operations center for this Fortune 500 client. Fortune 500 Client When a client needed to develop a Web-based project tracking and networking-testing database, INNOVA sent a team of highly qualified (IBM) Websphere developers to qualify all of the business needs and layout the architecture of the database. The application (Trakmaster) is Java-based, using Java JSP, EJB, XML, DMHTML, HTML, Java Script and SNMP to manage network hardware and cabling installations, manage projects, tasks, vendors and interface with asset management databases. The database provides a secure and browser-based tool to the store systems hardware deployment team. It fills this role by centralizing information storage and access, providing coordinated workflow, and enabling sophisticated project status tracking. For store systems deployment department managers and project managers, TraKmaster displays the status of all active projects and quickly identifies roadblocks and bottlenecks before they become critical. For controllers, technicians and vendors, TraKmaster manages and tracks their specific tasks, collects deployment information, schedules and deliverables. TraKmaster manages the dependencies between projects and tasks. For example, if a task is delayed, TraKmaster identifies and reschedules the delivery date for all dependent tasks. TraKmaster eliminates island legacy management tolls including MS-Access databases, Paradox databases, and spreadsheets and many other project management tools. National Retailer A large retailer with stores nationwide was upgrading its wireless network and needed to cut installation costs in order to meet budget requirements. INNOVA proposed a plan that resulted in significant savings while meeting network specification and quality initiatives. INNOVA technicians provided site RF survey, Access Point, RF gun replacement, software migration, cabling, electrical, testing and manufacturer certification of RF coverage in more than 1,000 facilities nationwide. |

Rating Index (INNOVA Services Rating) The ProSavvy Quality System: INNOVA GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY, INC. recently underwent a review of customer and project references in order to become a ProSavvy Affiliate. A ProSavvy Affiliate is a consulting firm that is part of an elite network of companies that undergo the most rigorous third-party performance evaluations in the consulting industry. As a service to Affiliates, ProSavvy provides each Affiliate with a benchmark report that shows how their firm compares to the other Affiliates in their network. The benchmark report is generated from all Performance Appraisal surveys completed to date. ProSavvy benchmark scores can be a vehicle for a company to identify a firm's areas of strength and areas for development as compared to the other Affiliates in the ProSavvy network. Any consulting firm applying to an Affiliate must meet ProSavvy's proprietary, stringent standards based on uncensored quantitative and qualitative surveys of previous clients and commit to ongoing, systematic reviews. The results are presented in Performance Appraisal reports that are available to users of ProSavvy service to help them select the best firm for their project needs.
