INNOVA has developed rigorous standards and methods of monitoring the quality of project installations and services.
INNOVA has found through experience that competitors and customers alike often miss this critical area. Often times the decision not to include a QA process is due to the additional costs involved. However, INNOVA has learned that the QA process actually saves money in the long run, while delivering the highest level of quality customer service and installations possible.
Realizing that customers have different levels of expectation, sometimes relative to their investment, INNOVA customizes the Quality Assurance testing and documentation to meet customer requirements.
In addition to customized QA testing and documentation, project deployment standards include REAL TIME MONITORING of project status and installation quality through the use of the Internet and Site Verifier. Site supervisors are required to download pictures to the INNOVA QA supervisory team for review prior to being released from the work site. All INNOVA staff carry digital cameras and laptops in order to facilitate the tasks of QA review.
