Crowd sourcing and Expert sourcing  techniques and engines will be essential part of small and  large  businesses.
This based on the fact that there are Crowd  of people and experts  available in  your local area and through out the world which  are accessible (i.e.  crowd  and expert sourcing engines and   Un demand workforce engines ) .
Following article  was published in Newsweek  recently under ( The Real Minimum Wage )

Those without jobs are often willing to work for far less than $7.25. NEWSWEEK chronicles how low they will go.

Just as the official unemployment rate doesn’t give the whole picture, neither does the $7.25 minimum wage set by the federal government. While in some parts of the country even menial positions command more, there’s also a virtual army of the digitally desperate who will work for less—often far less.

To find out what pay U.S. workers will really accept for an hour’s work, and how that stacks up against other countries, NEWSWEEK turned to Mechanical Turk, an online marketplace for freelance work operated by In a weeks-long experiment, we posted simple, hourlong jobs (listening to audio recordings and counting instances of a specific keyword) and continually lowered our offer until we found the absolute bottom price that multiple people would accept, and then complete the task.

The results: some Americans settled for a shockingly low 25 cents an hour—while counterparts in nations like India and the Philippines expected multiples more. Of course, the results also partly reflect how many workers in each country compete for work on Amazon’s system. But even against other wired places like the U.K. and Canada, Americans desperate to earn even a pittance were the cheapest around.

Question is how to deploy above resources ( talents ) and focus them on  specefic vertical  projects ?
Following equation  demonstrate  the business model which one can build the  crowd and expert sourcing engine  :
Cost to value conversion.jpg

Lets pick up a project , say an on demand work force ( part time employment )  or a  Search project  ( marketing research  for  small or fortune 500  bsuinesses )
Above E+R+Q  can be build and deployed  using Google Apps and Google business tools ( collaborative and communicative for low price )
C is the combination of above tools ( low cost ) and low cost but qualified resources   . This resources need to be registered  ( brought on broad ), classified and then vertically aligned with projects and opportunities .

These are all possible due to internet accessibility, Cloud sourcing ( I.e Google Apps  and inexpensive bandwidth .

Getting paid for High quality ( V ) products and services are  not hard. This is called globalization 3 (globalization of individuals )  using low cost  Internet access .

Thomas L. Friedman  divides the history of globalization into three periods: Globalization 1 (1492–1800), Globalization 2 (1800–2000) and Globalization 3 (2000–present). He states that Globalization 1 involved the globalization of countries, Globalization 2 involved the globalization of companies and Globalization 3 involves the globalization of individuals.[3]

Now comes the entrepreneur  imagination , drive and  creativity generating revenue as means of fueling the idea and its development  .
