Individual - Independent contractor program
This Program is set up specifically to develop and empower individuals who prefer to work for themselves. There are many benefits for the 1099 Independent Contractor who is looking to work with INNOVA .
Benefits includes rapid payment, minimum service fees, competitive rates and paper less job order, tracking and billing . The program is only for individuals who pass INNOVA qualification and criteria and fully qualify as 1099 Independent Contractors by federal standards.
The independent contractors are expected to deliver the highest standard of performance which often puts them as the first call from INNOVA ’s project teams because of their scheduling , flexibility and availability.
INNOVA will keep track of the performance per project. Then will extend future projects to the Independent Contractor that has the best performance . The first step to becoming an Individual Strategic Partner is to fill out and submit
the application forms. INNOVA business development and contractor managers will then
contact you to review your application. Your application will be verified and evaluated
to determine if the services and products you offer are complimentary to the needs
of INNOVA customers and other INNOVA Partners. As an Individual Strategic Partner,
you may be expected to work in conjunction with other partners in order to facilitate
the project scope and timelines. As an Individual Strategic Partner, you will be
expected to offer the same competitive pricing to INNOVA Partners.
